I am at work so i dont have the books here to check, but the 2nd Blowzabella tune book says something to the effect of 'please feel free to play our tunes, but credit us and something about royalties if you are making money off of them'. I think most people writing music in the 'trad' world are just happy to have their tunes played. I've been to workshops with Gilles Chabenat and he mainly works on his own tunes, so i think he is more than happy to see people play them
hope this helps a little derek ----- Original Message ----- From: Simon Wascher <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Date: Thursday, April 10, 2008 9:26 am Subject: Re: [HG] Music To: [email protected] > Hello, > >
