I wouldn't expect so. The meaningful values are the same.

Is this accurate?

Ah, yeah, XDoclet module doesn't yet support composite ids. So lets not
worry about that for now. Better to get the existing functionality up to
date before adding new.

Might be worth writing a schema at some stage. Still, I figure must people
know dtd better.
