I just wanted to try it, but realized too late that it is an Eclipse
plugin only. Now, I don't want to even download, much less use Eclipse,
so if anyone with Eclipse would just have a look and see if it works as
advertised. If it is good, we might then recommend it to our users
if they are interested in a GUI mapping tool.

The whole idea to limit yourself to a single platform when you use Java 
is still a mystery to me though...
