It's the LGPL thing..  I once had it as part of CVS and I and Neeme Praks
had to remove if due to the licensing.   I actually have been reworking it
to use the shared library dependencies on an all Ant basis to keep things in
line with the rest of the components.

I could put it online in the wiki, however there are a couple projects that
depend on it as a jar..   I've also recently recieved some modifications
that will extend it to handle the various both deprecated and future
containers in Avalon land much better..  Right now, there is some icky code
to deal with both the *old* containers, as well as future containers.   This
will kick up the number of classes slightly.
