Sorry for intruding in your discussion.

I personally don't mind if there are several jars, But the documentation
about which ones that are required and which jars that are optional could be
better.
_README.txt is a pain to read. A better organization could be as follows
below. Where a jar needed by several optional libs should be repeated.
Then it easy to figure out whats needed an whats not.

    + concurrent-1.3.2.jar (1.3.2)- unknown name
