Optional Excursion:

The organizers provide a free of charge half-day excursion for all
participants on the third day of conference - 23 November 2005. The
destination is Bandung City (165 Km/2 hours from Jakarta) a famous city well
known as Parisj van Java. Organizers will provide round trip transportation
to the destination, refreshment and dinner. The participants willing to join
the excursion program shall tick the option on the registration form.

Visa Application
Before departure to Jakarta, foreign participant is requested to obtain a
valid entry visa from the Indonesian Diplomatic or Consular Missions  at
participants' residing country (except for the citizens of the countries
which visa to Indonesia are not required) . The participant also has to
ensure his/her passport is still valid at least up to 6 (six) months since
entering Indonesia. If any assistances regarding visa are required, please

Cancellation Policy:

Organizers have policy of no reimbursement for any cancelled participant.
Registrants who are unable to attend may send a substitute delegate at any
time, at no extra cost. Simply notify the Secretariat regarding the detail
of the substitute delegate.

The organizers reserve the right to make changes to the conference program
as necessary. In unlikely event that the Conference is cancelled through
force majeure or for any other reasons, the liability of organizers will be
limited to the full refund of the registration fees. No other claim will be
considered.
