Pada pendapat saya:
Ada sesiapa pernah tanya kenapa ada index macam ni semua?
Ada sesiapa pernah tanya siapa yang gunakan index ni semua?.
Ada sesiapa tanya kalau index macam ni boleh digunakan untuk arm twisting atau
bully negara-negara membangun.
Index macam ni dan bermacam-macam lagi seperti corruption index, corporate
governance index, human right report, religious tolerance report bagus untuk
negara maju untuk menekan negara membangun supaya ikut kemahuan mereka.
Ianya satu jenis senjata. Senjata halus dan juga senjata diplomasi.
Tolong fikirkan tentang perkara ini.
Bukan semua benda yang orang putih buat tu baguih.
Yang nyatanya, kalau nak buat index macam ni perlukan perbelanjaan yang besar
untuk buat survey dan analisa. Lagi satu orang putih kalau buat sesuatu mesti
ada sebabnya dan mesti ada cost vs benefit analysis nya.
Akhir kata, kalau boleh janganlah terikut sangat dgn index bodo ni....
Tengok tengok gitu je boleh la....
