Inshaa Allaah, MSAJ is planning to hold its summer camp of this year at Osaka 
in collaboration with the World Assembly of Muslims Youth (WAMY) and Osaka 
Muslim Association (OMA), during the period of August 15th to 17th, 2008.
You are cordialy invited to attend and participate in the program.

 The details of the annual meeting are as follows:



1- OBJECTIVES OF MEETING: Gathering to improve the unity of Muslim students in 
Japan, Gaining more Islamic knowledge, Dawaa experience as well as learning and 
showing the true image of Islam to Muslims and others.

2- INVITED SPEAKERS: We are in contact with some of the well-known and 
specialist scholars. We are also trying to include and invite a Japanese Muslim 
scholar (a special part of the program will be considered for some invited 
Non-Muslim Japanese).


3- PLACE: Osaka (Chisun Hotel), easy access; western-style rooms, twin, double 
and single, very good condition, toilet with washlet, shower, air condition, 
internet and TV, for all rooms; large conference room with good facilities; 
large and beautiful banquet room for meals; nursing room for mothers with 
babies; separate rooms for children activities; separate room for specialty 
discussions and workshops. All details will be sent later Inshaa Allaah.

4- FOOD: All meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) will be offered at the banquet 
room of the hotel.

5- NO. OF PARTICIPANTS: MSAJ along with the organizing committee will arrange 
Inshaa Alaah for hosting about 250 Muslim participants (including children more 
than 5 years) from all over Japan. About 50 Non-Muslim participants are also 
expected to join a part of the program on the second day (a special program 
will be considered for the Non-Muslim Japanese).

6- PROGRAM:will include differnent activities (Thoughtfull Lectures,  Dialogue 
forum sessions, Poster sessions, Special program for sisters/ladies, Contests 
and games for children, Sightseeing trip, etc). All lectures and sessions of 
discussions and posters will be at air-conditioned halls. All deatils will be 
sent later Inshaa Allaah.


7- PARTICIPATION FEE: 

Full meeting registration:
    - Adult and children more than 5 years:  7,000 yen/person (3 days,2 
nights). 
    - Children from 3 - 5 years 2,000 yen (3 days,2 nights). 
Day-time registration: (attending day time activities but not sleeping at the 
hotel). 
    - Adult and children more than 5 years (for first and third days): 1,500 
yen/day(including lunch).
    - Children from 3 - 5 years: 500 yen.


Full registration includes:

. Two nights stay at hotel.
. Three full days of lectures, sessions and program (Friday, Saturday and 
Sunday).
. Meals for three full days.  (except breakfast of first day and dinner of  
last day).
. Bus for sightseeing trip (last day).

Day-time registration includes:

. full days of lectures, sessions and activities.

. Lunch and coffee breaks on day of attendance.



8- PARTICIPANTS:
      1- Full meeting registration (three days and two nights)
      2- Day-time registration: Muslim and Non-muslism guests
A special part of the program will be considered for some invited Non-Muslim 
Japanese ( it is planing to be on Saturday).

*For those who dont have Islamic Society in thier university will be registered 
under Saitama University Muslim Society


While selecting the participants of the local association, please give due 
consideration to the following:
1- It is better to let the participants belong to different nationalities (e.g. 
Indonesian, Malaysian, Bangladeshi, Pakistani, Egyptian, etc.).



- Dead line for payment: Thursday, July 31th, at 17:00. 
- In case of cancellation before August 7th: cancellation fee is 50%.
- In case of not attending the meeting without cancellation, no payement will 
be refund.


10- TRANSPORATION SUPPORT:
- It is worth mentioning that in the period of the meeting, the "JuHatchi 
Keppu" will be available for the societies colse to Osaka.
- For the cities far from Osaka (such as Hokkaydo, Sendai, Okinawa...etc. ), we 
are planning to give a special support in order to ecnurage them to participate 
(if you can make early group reservation, you can get very good discount).
