In response to the article below: The Vatican says Islamic Finance may help
Western Banks and is an alternative to the Capitalist system.
Don't we find it strange that the non-Muslims should say this when the Muslim
world are still holding on to Western Capitalist Economic model? Do we require
the West to give us approval about the Justice and Truth of the Laws of Allah?
Do we need them to show us how the Islamic economic system is THE alternative
to the Western Capitalist system?
I think we should already know this ourselves and that we should have complete
confidence in the Shariah of Allah purely because we believe in Allah, we LOVE
Him and we believe in the Qur'an and we LOVE the Qur'an.
In fact, let's take it a step further that we should be the ones doing da'wah
to them, informing them that the Islamic System is the Best system and the only
system that will be just to all of mankind. Let us be the ones to say to them
that Islam is the alternative to the corrupt and individualistic and greedy
Capitalist system.
In fact....let's be even one step further ahead and scrap Capitalism and
implement the Islamic system, the Khilafah system and we will show them the
true shining example of Islam.
It should be enough for us when we read the Qur'an and when Allah swt says:
وَأَنزَلۡنَآ إِلَيۡكَ ٱلۡكِتَـٰبَ بِٱلۡحَقِّ مُصَدِّقً۬ا لِّمَا بَيۡنَ
يَدَيۡهِ مِنَ ٱلۡڪِتَـٰبِ وَمُهَيۡمِنًا عَلَيۡهِۖ فَٱحۡڪُم بَيۡنَهُم بِمَآ
أَنزَلَ ٱللَّهُۖ وَلَا تَتَّبِعۡ أَهۡوَآءَهُمۡ عَمَّا جَآءَكَ مِنَ ٱلۡحَقِّۚ
surah Al-Maidah:48 "And We have sent down to you (O Muhammad) the Book (Qur'an)
in Truth, confirming the scriptures that came before it and a Witness over it
(the old scriptures). So judge among them by what Allah has revealed, and
follow not their vain desires, diverging away from the truth that has come to
you."
