Hey hipsters,

Some comments, feedback, bugs etc.

* http://issues.hippocms.org/ is blank. Any chance of seeing
http://issues.hippo.nl/browse/CMSSIX there? (It was the logical first guess
for me and probably lots of other people.)

* There's no link from http://www.hippocms.org/ to the public JIRA. I'd
suggest adding it to the wiki under 'Community' in the left-hand navigation
panel...

* The public JIRA does not let me sign up for a new account, instead
directing me to a list of administrators at
http://issues.hippo.nl/secure/Administrators.jspa

.. and the bugs I wanted to file:

* hippo-cms binary release is not available as a tar.gz, which means all
unix/linux/mac people have to do a chmod on fortress.sh before they can
start. This is a pain if you're starting from a fresh archive frequently, in
order to (for example) isolate and report bugs ;-)

* hippo-cms 6.05.01 and hippo-repository-1.2.13 both report the following
error on startup on Mac OS X (Leopard) with JDK 1.4 or JDK 5:

WARNING - Unable to load the Wrapper's native library 'libwrapper.jnilib'.
The file is located on the path at the following location but could not be
loaded:
/foo/bar/hippo-repository-1.2.13/bin/./libwrapper.jnilib
Please verify that the file is readable by the current user
and that the file has not been corrupted in any way.
System signals will not be handled correctly.

I've tried a few obvious things to fix this, without luck so far. It's not
critical since things mostly seem to work regardless.

* hippo-cms 6.05.01 does not work with jdk1.4 on Mac OS X (Leopard):

Initialization Problem
Sender: org.apache.cocoon.servlet.CocoonServlet
cause
Failed to create connection: java.net.NoRouteToHostException: No route to
host

Looking at the cocoon logs this is coming from javax.jms.JMSException (can't
paste the full stacktrace here as the Leopard machine is not connected to
the Internets).

and the final bug, which is what triggered the rest ...
* the flowscript js debugger does not work with JDK 5 on Mac OS X (Leopard).
Enabling it as per the instructions at [1], and starting the CMS and
visiting the front page, the debugger starts but I then get the following
error:

Exception in thread "AWT-EventQueue-0"
java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: No such child: 1

I've tested stock Cocoon 2.1.10, and the debugger is broken there with JDK 5
as well, so I'll start asking questions over on the cocoon-dev list.

Since the debugger works in Cocoon 2.1.10 in JDK1.4, I guess we need to
resolve the problems with the CMS and the JMSException meanwhile.
