Ah ok, well if it produces a 404, then there is no component.xml file
located at
http://localhost:60000/default/files/default.preview/configuration/perspectives/dashboard/component.xml
I've updated the Wiki with some more information. This should make it a
bit clearer.

Everything else is in line with my expectation so I guess it isn't getting
the dashboard from the repository. This is the binary install. Does it have
to be built from source to do this?
