even redid the initialization. But no luck.
One other possibility is that the document URIs in the workflow database
do not match the actual document URIs, most likely due to a
configuration error. There is a check in [1] which throws an
InvalidEntryStateException ("Initial location and current location do
not match") in case of a mismatch, so you should see this in the logs in
this is the case.
The solution is somewhere in the configuration but I don't know the
exact files/locations from the top of my head.
If you see this exception let me know and I'll dive into the configuration.
