although i am not really familiar with this part of the cms, I
understand your problem and looks likes makes sense.
Do you think there won't be any custom cms's around that do need parts
copied below 'serverConfigurationDir' which are not in the path
'**/${serverConfiguration}/**' ? Obviously, you can't know, but perhaps
(since you know more about it than i do) you can tell wether it would
ever make sense? Otherwise, I don't mind adding it to the maven.xml of
the cms.
