so the plugin is there. That is strange. I'm using maven version 1.0.2
here. Maybe that would be worth trying?

I am running on my ancient Fedora Core 2 OS, using Maven 1.0.1
I have been careful in following everything.... perhaps the Jelly stuff is
letting me down? Not too sure on what that is doing!
