Hi Dennis, thanks for your help. It seems that once I add a 'category' attribute on to any resource element, then irrespective of what is in my 'locationmap.xml' that resource no longer shows up in the drop down.
I must be missing something fundamental here. I tried a similar test on a brand new 'out the box' version of the v6.05.03, where I put : category="text-category" on to the text resource. At this point it stopped showing up in the drop down.
