I'm not aware of issues with clustering with JGroups and Tomcat. In one
of your mail you said that the Tomcat 6.x instances themselves are also
clustered. Maybe the Tomcat clustering is interfering? Can you try the
repository clustering without the Tomcat clustering? I would also advise
to upgrade the repository to 1.2.15.1.
