Assalamualaikum...
saya cadangkan semua bas ekspress tidak masuk ke dalam bandar....hanya tempat jual tiket atau agen jualan sahaja di benarkan di kawasan bandar. stesyen bas ekspress ditempatkan di kawasan berdekatan lebuhraya....penumpang yang hendak menaiki bas ekspress akan menaiki bas feeder yang akan mengambil dan menurunkan penumpang sahaja....tanpa perlu berhenti dan mencemarkan alam dengan asap kenderaan mereka.
lebih baik jika stesyen di lebuhraya tersebut di buat secara sistem terbuka, iaitu hanya berbumbung sahaja dan tidak di dalam bangunan atau kawasan bertutup (kalau nak murah dan cepat) kalau nak mahal, buat macam KLIA, siap air con lagi. penumpang hanya dibenarkan masuk hanya apabila kenderaan telah siap untuk bertolak....jadi taklah bersesak-sesak....dan penumpang hendaklah duduk di tempat yang telah ditetapkan mengikut nombor masing-masing di dlm bas dan tidak duduk di tempat orang lain sesuka hati.......dan satu lagi....tak boleh ke jualan tiket bas ini diuruskan oleh dua atau tiga syarikat dan dibuat secara profesional....mengapa saya tak pernah dengar orang beli tiket kapal terbang dari 'ulat', mengapa pulak tiket bas boleh!!!!
kalau kementerian hal ehwal pengguna sedang sibuk untuk benteras VCD cetak rompak dan lucah, rasanya kementerian pengangkutan jalan pun patut sibukkan diri hapuskan jualan tiket haram dan lebih banyak menyusahkan orang lain dari menyenangkan....kadang-kadang terfikir juga apa yang pegawai jpj ni fikirkan apabila mereka berada di pejabat........
