I'm trying to do the following using TestPanel:
- start a receiving connection
- send an ORR_O02 (v 2.5) to TestPanel itself
The result is that the receiving connection hangs without generating any
ACK message.
The ORR message is the following:
MSH|^~\&|||||20130206134720.557+0100||ORR^O02^ORR_O02|301|T|2.5
MSA|AA|00001
However if I remove the MSA segment, the receiving connection correctly
replies with an ACK.
Is this a bug or am I missing something?
