I tried to send an ORR to an ad-hoc receiving app (a servlet extending HohServlet with a custom ReceivingApplication), which does nothing but reply with an ACK generated with theMessage.generateACK() and it works fine. I think it's just the TestPanel acting incorrectly with messages carrying an MSA segment.
