For silencer look up a tutorial on the net abot silencing the glock, basical
all ya do is change the sound file when firing to a quiet one :)
NV, again tutorials about this, basical an overlay fade of say green and
then increase the light somehow (NV for Erads uses a TE light attached to
the entity to give a kinda IR NV effect)

Over heat aint too hard, basical while firing increase a counter which when
it gets toa certain lvl make the gun cut out or slow down or whatever, and
for cooling use a think function to reduce the counter value... couple that
with some nice HUD/VGUI gfx and ya laffin :)
