I submitted mine from the hl1109.exe at about 13:20 CST today and the speakeasy.net site still showed only 1 user (even though I know hundreds of people had already downloaded, installed and completed the survey).
It seems like somebody forgot to turn on the "let this site update now" flag and people were submitting surveys that didn't get recorded.
