I think you might be asking the wrong person. Valve owns the copyrights on Counter-Strike. The weapons that you are talking about are from the multiplayer version of Counter-Strike (not Condition Zero). I'm pretty sure that if you are asking about using content from Counter-Strike (the multiplayer game), you would need to get permission from Valve. Valve has stated in the past that you are free to take content (maps, models, sounds, etc.) from any Valve MOD and use it in your own MOD as long as you aren't making money from the MOD (i.e. selling it). Since Counter-Strike is a Valve owned/copyrighted work, and you are talking about taking weapon models from Counter-Strike (not Condition Zero), I would think Valve's previous policy of allowing MOD makers to borrow content would still apply here.
