Counter-Strike: Condition Zero is a single player MOD. It has not been released yet and content from it won't be available until it has been released. Counter-Strike is the multiplayer MOD owned by Valve. Counter-Strike has been released (duh!) and Valve has stated in the past that MOD developers are free to use content from any of the MODs that Valve has released (i.e. Counter-Strike). If you are asking about borrowing weapons from Counter-Strike (the multiplayer game) no matter what the weapons are (even if the weapons also appear in Condition Zero), that content is owned by Valve. You should be asking Valve about using any content from Counter-Strike (the multiplayer game).
