Is it at all possible to have kRenderGlow only affect world brushes?

It's nice (in some cases) to not have a sprite get cut off by the ground /
wall. However, this looks bad when the sprite can be seen through models.
Such as, another player or other monsters in the world.

The player's first person weapon model seems to ignore this feature, and
it'd be nice if the same could be applied to regular models in the world.
