You can't send messages directly to spectators.
Spectators don't register as clients at all (ie: gamerules, inithud,
clientconnect etc aren't called whatsoever) I still haven't figured out
a way to correctly update information when its needed. I did a little
bit of a hack, that kind of works; I made a special update function
inside gamerules that updates score/clock etc every 5-10 seconds or so
(I forget which) by addressing the messages to the spectator proxy.
(MSG_SPEC) which seems to do the trick, but its not perfect.
Depending on when the map starts, and when a client connects they don't
get updates for v arying amounts of time. But, it seems to do okay.

This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

Any idea why the ScoreInfo messages and TeamInfo messages won't go to
the HLTV proxy until a map change? I tried automatically sending them to
the HLTV spectator right away when they join the game (in the
ClientConnect() function ) but that hasn't seemed to do any good. Its
like the ones in the InitHUD() functions of the gamerules don't do a
thing either. help!
