I've seen nothing about any Valve MOD Expo for 2003, let alone anything about Valve releasing Half-Life SDK2 information. The only thing I've seen in the news, articles and interviews, is Gabe and Eric stating that the Half-Life2 SDK would be released "prior to the game being released" on Sept. 30th, 2003.
