having the content may be illegal but producing code that reads/imports it is
not.  the format isnt patented (afaik) so it's not illegal to have code that
reads a format (like HL2 models).  if that were so i'd imagine microsoft
would have a field day with openoffice.
and no i wont bash snipe again because theres no reason to, not that i was in
the first place
