While your concern is appreciated, I was intentionally vague in my request and will continue to be so until I have interviewed via phone and had the appropriate NDA's signed.
" You say "plugins", but you fail to state exactly with what application programs these plugins are supposed to work operate." -- Correct. I have several plugins, from several operational areas that I need done and I don't feel like discussing them here. " How is anyone supposed to know whether contacting you is a complete waste of time due to lack of lack of familiarity and/or not owning the application in question and therefore not having access to the requisite SDK ?" -- You obviously don't care to apply. This is fine. -- There are whole groups doing mod coding for the system without the SDK. They are in the design/planning stages. Being a software developer myself (professionally and by education), I am aware of the situation and have a pretty good idea as to what can and cannot be accomplished at this time. In my email, I again had been intentionally vague. " Another thing, "contract-based" means for hire. There is no sign on your web site of any company or organization that is able to pay developers to work on plugins." -- Again, you are welcome to not apply if that is your desire. Clearly we are a commercial business, we advertise on multiple of our sites that we are a registered LLC in the great and hurricane prone state of Florida. " Sorry, if I sound skeptical, but you need to establish some kind of credibility." -- I've gotten a couple of replies. I understand why you are asking these questions and I hope I answered them satisfactorily within the confines of our limitations at this time. If you /want/ to apply, you are most certainly welcome to do so. We can have an email and phone conversation expressing more details in the projects. ""Do not reply to this list", my ass" -- Haha. My intentions were pure. I didn't feel it was necessary to spam this list more then we are already spammed. I may not be talkative on this list, but I do pay close attention to it. -- Shane PHXX -----Original Message----- From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] On Behalf Of Michael Hobson Sent: Wednesday, September 29, 2004 4:58 AM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Subject: Re: [hlcoders] Looking for plugin coders Shane: You say "plugins", but you fail to state exactly with what application programs these plugins are supposed to work operate.
