There have been numerous complaints made about the lack of purchasing more than once with the same credit card. The official word is it is in place to stop credit card fraud. :\ I'm pretty sure there is no way to circumvent this, even by starting new accounts.
I would like to know about DoD:S though, I understand why it won't be available when you buy (as it isn't finished) but maybe later people with store-bought versions will gain access?
