Actually, all mods should be based off of HL2 directly, which is 220.
280 is HL1:S, which you're apparently not subscribed to.

Thanks for the info, but I am getting this error when I launch

My config file is this...
SteamInstallPath = E:\Valve\Steam

SteamAppUser = <uid here>
SteamAppId = 280

Should I use 280 or another value?
