r00t: I don't think you get the point of his mail. Indeed, each trigger pull is limited to a 3 rounds. The point is that you are able to interrupt the burst by releasing the trigger before you finish.
Most of the references you're pointing out cite three bullets per pull, but they aren't as specific as his in pointing out the mechanism.
