hmm, the modeller is trying to fudge it with facial animation flex controllers, however this solution is not really desireable.
If I was to use a sprite, I would prefer to use a sprite that doesn't always face the screen. Is it possible to make sprites not face the screen? this way I could maybe cross them so they look more convincing.
