I'm using send proxies so that unnecessary information doesn't have to get sent to clients that will never use it. It also eliminates anyone being able to modify the client side dll to eliminate the team check so that all players are shown on the minimap no matter what. There's also the case when other players aren't in your PVS and are dormant. I need a separate entity to send player positions even if those players are dormant.
