Refresh SDK Content, refreshes the cache files for steam that stores the SDK. When you "Create a mod" through steam, it copies those files into the directories you specify. After an update you will need to make a <InsertBSModName>, to create a copy of the new code. Then compare that code to the code you started with to know what to change in your mod code. Easy, right?
