Here's a quote from Mike's post:

Hi All-
I decided that posting the contents of the files on the Wiki was lunacy.
So I made a new user on our FTP site that you can use to get a zip of the
headers:
ftp.valvesoftware.com
user: sourcemod
password sourcemod
The only file available is PluginHeaders.zip, which contains hopefully all
of the headers you will need to get a head start on updating your plugins.
If I've left any important ones please let me know.

Of course, there have been many more files than just the PluginHeaders.zip
added to that directory.
What I did was copy over my current SDK directory to a separate directory
(which I called orangebox).
Then I put these files over the existing ones. You have to move a couple of
files and tweak some things, but you should get it pretty quickly.

Subject: [hlcoders] TeamFortress 2 Plugin? SDK says its not compatible
This is a multi-part message in MIME format.

[ Picked text/plain from multipart/alternative ]
Hi,
Is it correct that you cannot yet make a plugin for TeamFortress 2?
I try and launch the Source SDK 'Create a Mod' item so I can grab the
example plugin files, but am told that 'The source code distributed with
this version of the Source SDK is not compatible with the Orange Box version
of the Source engine.
Mod source code compatible with the Orange Box will be available in an
upcoming release."
Yet apparently support already exists?

Thanks,
Andrew
