Hi,
So I've just recently run into a really odd animation problem that happens with
only one weapon. It only happens with the pistol when shooting. Here is the
code for the primary fire: http://pastebin.com/m4c22478 but it is definitely
nothing out of the ordinary. The problem is it'll be unable to send the
ACT_VM_PRIMARYATTACK on the client. However, this only occurs in a certain
situation. I have a cvar that the client can toggle on and off to let them be
in a 3rd person perspective when they have their melee weapon out (Scratch
SDK). The bug only happens when the cvar is turned on before the player
switches to the melee weapon, and then switches back to the pistol and tries to
shoot. If I have the cvar turned off, get out my melee weapon, turn on the
cvar, and switch to pistol and shoot, the animation plays fine. I'm quite
confused as to why this is happening. All of the other weapons work fine after
switching to them from the 3rd person melee.
