Well. We had a bunch of new tools (normal2ssbump.exe) and the
\bin\orangebox\bin folder was so full of content, and everyone was happy.
Then Valve released a second update (Presumably fixing Hammer's model
viewer), and removed like... Everything.

That should be full right there. There used to be way more files. When the
SDK Content is refreshed, it becomes like this:

(As you can see the exe's and dlls have come back, except all of the 'new'
tools are now missing)

I for one would like an explanation, or to have the tools back.
