Not only is that the worst response known to mankind... but it doesn't fix anything.
Sorry to be blunt, but this is clearly something wrong with the .dll recently updated by Valve and it is an assertion which (shouldn't) have anything to do with what permissions I am running visual studio with. Thanks, Jon
