Well, That would be good, but it depends on what people would do with it, Source SDK was made like that so that it was reasonably secure with their more private stuff, so that there could be no copies or free versions, and anyway, the best thing to do (which we could try) would be making a series of DLC packages that contain that info (securely) which can then be loaded into Source SDK. And yes Valve make their money through TF2 and Steam, so its a good thing their working more on it, the more money valve gets, the more they can expand (Though i liked the old days, when there would just be you and 3 other guys, who would be working on a game while having lunch, and everyone would be friends) and then maybe they will release a proper Source SDK update (gasp * gasp *), but for now you'll either have to reprogram it, or decode it. Anyway, most of it is in the usual files, what really important stuff would they have in the non-engine files? Also, whats better, Blender or Maya? (I prefer blender myself).
