Overriding C_BaseEntity::ShouldDraw should do the trick for you. It should
look something like:

bool C_MyEntity::ShouldDraw()
{
    return BaseClass::ShouldDraw() && GetParentEntity() !=
C_BasePlayer::GetLocalPlayer();
}

*(GetParentEntity may be the wrong name for method)*
