Yes and no.....
Since his fps is at 60, he probably has vertical sync on, and the monitor
vertical refresh set to 60Hz. Which means there is probably an annoying
flicker as most people can discern this flicker at 60Hz vertical refresh
rates. You may not be able to tell the difference between 60fps and higher,
but the vertical scan rate of 60Hz makes my eyeballs bulge out of their
sockets. I run at 75HZ vertical scan, and that smooths it out quite nicely.
And that nvreffix tool is great!!!
FWIW...I usually run at 85fps or higher, frequently maxed at 99fps. It's one
of those "my *** is bigger than your is" things :-)
