Doesn't it seem odd though that a script that has nothing to do with map
changing drops everyone on a map change?

Also the script worked fine in 4.1.0.7 + cs 1.1, and I've actually made what
displays smaller as well, still nothing.  If that script is enabled, the
server drops most of the people.

It happened with 1.1.0.6 also, just decrease the size of you
consgreet.txt, keep it small and simple. I even ripped some crap from
the script source (it hap a lot of info I didn't want there, since I
wanted something like a motd that players do read... :)
