I have uploads disabled so that's not the problem at all.  There is no
custom.hpk. It's the consgreet script.

man your all wrong....
just add this to your server.cfg or listenserver.cfg

hpk_maxsize 1.5

that sets the max size of custom.hpk to 1.5 megs
this is the file that saves all logos.
if it gets too big it will boot all players.
set it too whatever size you want 1.5 works good for
me...
