Start->program->administrative tools->serivces
select the service, right click, properties
log on tab, select this account radio button and put in account info and
password. should start at bootup without having to login.

I appreciate the post regarding FireDaemon and will use it on my win 2K
server.
One problem i forsee is that if i had to restart the system, it would ask me
to log on. That would stop win 2K from loading and then running the
services??
How can i configure win 2K so that a remote restart will allow it to start
the services?
