[hlds] Map Change

Hey,     Does any one know sometimes, my maps change, and they change really fast, or sometime it says models/sas.... has been modified since starting engine, I check the system for virus, there was none, I'm running a Win2k Server, P2 with 512 ram.  Any suggestions on why this may happen, or how I can fix this?   Thanks,   Mark
