We noticed that some clans in our league decided to change the sv_maxrate to 0 and the minrate to 0. It made it so that you couldn't kill anyone. Problem is, they were able to still kill.
Has anyone heard of this? In theory, the server wouldn't even work, but it did. If they edited their cfg, would that make it easy for them to get kills?
