I run it on SP2 so that is not the issue. What is it exactly doing? Maybe you need to check the checkbox for interact with desktop? Try checking that and restarting, if not work then play with some of the settings. Also when I go look at my services I have firedaemon:cs 'started' and my server is still down. Now keep in mind that I must run on port 21 "SSSSSSHHHHHHHHHHHHH" and it works just fine if you run the hlds.exe with -port 21 appended. I added that to the command line parameters in the firedaemon setup and I even checked them in the registry. And the -port 21 was there. Is it for sure executing that command or is that a command that it is for some reason unable to execute through firedaemon? Lastly I have w2k SP2 I read that this program works with SP1 so is that my whole problem? If so what can I do to make this work on SP2? Thank you soooooo much I want to get this done before I go home.
