You don't need another IP address.  Leave the server behind the NATing
linksys.

I think I know what the problem is.  When you say you opened ports
27005-27030, are you redirecting those ports to your internal server IP
address?  Don't.

All you need to do is redirect UDP (ONLY! not TCP) port 27016 to the
internal IP address of the server.  That should do it.  If not, I know some
of the other guys here use Linksys DSL/Cable routers.  One of the guys has
an FAQ for Linksys and HLDS, but I can't remember who.  (He's posted the
link before but I didn't keep it...I don't use a router device.  I have an
NT proxy/firewall.  More flexible..)
