Sigh..Well, I've checked it a million times (give or take 999,900)..... Upload Speed 130 Kb/s is the last three reports I just got... (7am Monday Oct. 8th)
Just FYI Stan, here's a screen shot of 7 players on the 128k server (8 man). I usually am not on the listenserver, either... but maybe this will help make you a believer. Lol. And just in case you were going to say: "But that's only 7 not 8" really means nothing, as I constantly saw (before 1108) 8 ppl online with sub 100ms....
