I have actually brought this up to g0d, one of the top people of myg0t. His reaction was that they would be somewhat OK with this, and they tried it before. What happened was that people that really hated cheating just gave the server hell. DoS'd the server address, joined the server and proceeded to be a troll or just a plain ass.
Another side, what's the fun in cheating, if everybody knows that you are cheating? Some cheaters get off on the fact that they are doing something 'bad', and nobody knows it, giving them an advantage over the normal players. BUT, you probably could draw alot of the casual cheaters there!
